If you have a billing or cancellation question about blurloom, email [email protected]. Include the email used for your order and a receipt reference, if available. Do not send a card number or password. Tell us clearly if you wish to stop future renewals.
Cancellation and refunds are different
Cancellation concerns future subscription renewals. A request to return an existing payment is covered by the refund policy. Any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights are unaffected.
