What does blurloom do?

blurloom provides browser-based video redaction tools. It detects faces and license plates and supports fixed manual regions, mosaic, blur and black masks.

Is blurloom a subscription product?

Yes. The subscription page shows the current annual price and any trial. Sign in to subscribe. See the subscription page for availability.

Do you upload my video?

The editor processes media locally. Video content and filenames are not sent to our servers. Website requests and optional analytics are separate from media processing; read our privacy policy.

Can I process photos or remove a background?

No. Still-image editing, AI background segmentation and text-prompt object detection are not part of the current product.

What formats are supported?

Input must be decodable by your browser; MP4, WebM and some MOV files may work depending on their codecs. Export uses the browser’s supported recording format. Compatibility and speed vary by device.
